🤔 Why this matters

You’re already thinking intentionally about how you want to grow. But people around you can’t support that growth unless they know about it.

When you share what you’re working on, even casually, it can build trust, invite helpful feedback, and make it easier for others to connect you to stretch opportunities.

🛠 How to do it

In your next 1:1 with your manager (or someone you work with), add a simple agenda item: "What I'm working on". You can pull directly from your Growth Areas in Truest

No grand declarations, just a causal heads up. Afterward, you can follow up via email or slack with a short note like: “As I mentioned, here are a couple things I’m working on getting better at lately. If any feedback or chances to practice come to mind I’d love to hear it.”

Signal effort -> Invite support...

✅ What to do this week

Choose one person (a manager, teammate, mentor, your call) and share 2-3 growth areas you're excited about.
