Truest.me Scheduling - Share Mosaic

Welcome back – it’s time to take the next small but powerful step in investing in yourself: building alignment and understanding by sharing your Mosaic. You’ve taken the time to better understand how you work—now you can use that clarity to improve how others work with you. This exercise is simple but impactful:

Mosaic Sharing
Help others understand you better, faster—and build a basis for improved communication
Understand and Be Understood
Share a clear snapshot of how you work best, so others can meet you where you are.
Strengthen Your Relationships
Open the door to more collaborative, empathetic working relationships—built on real understanding.
Build a Foundation for Conversations
Use your Mosaic as a starting point for mutual learning and better communication with people you work with often or are just getting to know.

🏋️‍♀️ Simple Exercise 🏃
⏳ 15 minutes ⏰
📈 As often as you like and with new people 📊
Share it with a variety of collaborators 📣

What You Do

1. Schedule 15 minutes to send your Mosaic to a few people (we’ll give you language you can copy).
2. Choose people you want to be better understood by—or start a more productive working relationship with.
3. Use this moment as a way to open up a more mutual conversation about working styles and communication.

Who Might You Share It With?

You don’t need a perfect reason—just a desire to work better together.

People have told us they’ve shared their Mosaic with:

A new manager (to set the tone for a great working relationship)
A longtime peer (to deepen trust and reopen lines of communication)
A direct report (to help them lead better understand your nuances)
A client (to create external alignment despite infrequent interaction) With their resume (to differentiate as a candidate) On their Linkedin profile as a pinned link (to share styles adjacent to experiences)
Many people tell us this is a great way to kick off communication with anyone new - whether you work with them daily or on a limited basis/cross functionally.

What Do You Say?

Simple messaging around improved communication seems to be best, you could try the template below.

Email Template: "Hey [name]

I’ve been using a new tool to support my professional development, and one part I’ve found valuable is a quick view of my styles and preferences. This tries to capture how I work best but what I most hope is to just improve how I communicate so that I can collaborate well with you and others.

None of this is hard and fast (I’m always trying to improve) but I wanted to share it in case it is helpful. I'd love to learn more about you as well! Best, me" Slack/Linkedin DM Template:

"Hey [Name] — I’ve been using a new tool to support how I grow professionally, and part of it is something called a Mosaic. It’s a quick snapshot of how I tend to work best.

I’m sharing it in case it’s helpful for us working together, and I’d love to hear more about how you work best too.
