Your career doesn't grow on its own. It grows when you make space for it.

But most of us spend our weeks in service of everyone else's priorities—our manager's goals, our team's deadlines, our company's needs. The stuff that's just for you? It gets pushed to 'later.'

This exercise is about flipping that. By naming what matters and committing time to it—even a small amount—you make it real. You become the person who invests in themselves, not just the person who means to.

You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to start.

We're here to help you commit time to yourself—and actually follow through.

Before we get to scheduling, we'll ask a few quick questions to help us understand where you're headed. This will inform the exercises, nudges, and resources we send your way.

1. Pick your timeframe — Are you thinking about the next few months, or the year ahead?
2. Share what's on your mind — Goals, priorities, or just what matters to you right now. Don't worry if you're not sure yet—that's part of what we'll help you figure out.
3. Commit to weekly time — Even 15 minutes counts.
4. Revisit your Growth Areas — A quick check-in to make sure they still reflect what matters.
